At Cuddlemart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or custom products may not be eligible for return

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • If rejected (due to damage or signs of use), we will notify you with a reason

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • If the issue persists, contact us at info@cuddlemart.shop

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software/products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Customized or personalized products
